For billing issues, log in to PayPal and manage your subscription under 'Payments > Manage subscriptions'. You can cancel at any time from there.

Data and privacy

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are given.
